Returns
You have 14 days from the date of receipt to return an item. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items cannot be returned, including perishable goods, downloadable digital products, and items marked as final sale.
How to Initiate a Return

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will be applied to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund within 10 business days, please first check your bank account, then contact your payment provider. If you still have not received it, contact us at phantom99tigerking@outlook.com.
Exchanges

Return Shipping
You are responsible for paying the return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
